How long does it take to get my order?

Do you accept custom designs?
Absolutely—Custom is our middle name.just contact as at Customize@custombonfire.com Absolutely. You can add your own logos, names, numbers, or artwork. We’ll help you with the layout and mockups before final production.
What if my print arrives blurry or off-center?
Send a photo within 7 days of delivery.
If we messed up the print, color or placement we’ll re-print free or refund—your choice.
Can I change my address or size after ordering?
Yes—contact us within 12 hours of purchase and we’ll adjust the order before it hits the print queue.
Do you accept returns?
Because each piece is made-to-order, we accept returns only for:
Manufacturing defects
Wrong item delivered
Shipping damage
Sizing issues? We’ll offer 50 % off a one-time reprint in a new size.
What are Customs & VAT fees?
Orders shipping within the US, EU, UK or AU originate regionally—no extra duties.
For other regions, your local customs office may charge VAT or import tax; we have no control over that cost.
How do I wash my all-over print gear?
Cold wash, gentle cycle

Avoid bleach & heavy fabric softeners to keep colors electric.

How do I care for my custom-printed sneakers?
Cleaning: Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid soaking or machine-washing.
Drying: Air-dry away from direct heat or sunlight to preserve sublimation inks.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place; stuff with paper to retain shape.
What materials are the sneakers made of?
Uppers: Premium canvas (cotton/poly blend) for vibrant all-over sublimation.
Soles: Durable rubber with high-grip tread suitable for indoor/outdoor wear.
Lining & Insole: Breathable mesh and EVA foam for comfort.
