Welcome to CustomBonfire—where your custom-designed gear is printed on demand and shipped worldwide. Below you’ll find all the details you need to know to get your hands on our all-over-print apparel and accessories.

1. Production & Fulfillment

Standard Production Time: 5–7 business days
Rush Production (Optional): 3–4 business days (+10 % fee)*

*Rush option appears at checkout when capacity allows.

All orders are printed and quality-checked before shipment. Once your order enters production, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
Delivery Time = Processing time + Shipping time

We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Processing Time: 5-7 business days (in regular seasons) or more depends on holiday seasons.

1. (USA, Canda, Australia)

  • Standard shipping: $9.95 
  • Express Shipping : $19.95
  • Free standard Shipping over $149
  • Free express Shipping over $199

2. (EU & Other location)

  • Standard shipping: $13.95 
  • Express Shipping : $24.95

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link.

Track status online any time.

Note: tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Domestic Orders (US/EU/UK/AU/NZ): Ship from local custombonfire facilities—no additional customs fees.

International Orders: Ship from Asia or Europe. Recipients are responsible for any local import VAT or duties imposed by their country.

6. Lost, Damaged or Late Shipments

Late Shipments: If your parcel doesn’t arrive by the end of the estimate window, contact us at contact@custombonfire.com for a free replacement or refund.

Lost or Damaged: Email photos of the damaged package or “no-scan” proof for lost shipments. We’ll initiate a reprint or refund right away.
